  • 26 May 2025: an EcoX Dubai network meetup listed as hosted by Jorge Sebastiao and Franco Fiore, with a joint talk on the Dubai EcoX ecosystem, crypto, technology and UAE business setup.[3]
  • 27 October 2025: "EcoX DSRPTD 2025 Week 2", a pre-forum meetup ahead of Blockchain Life 2025, where the page described him as "Co Founder EcoX".[4]
  • 5 October 2026: "EcoX Mondays - Network MeetUp", announced on the EcoX calendar with him among the hosts.[5]

These are listings, not proof that each event took place as announced. In a LinkedIn post from July 2025 he described hosting EcoX Monday speakers every Monday.[6] The full list of calendar entries is in the events archive.

How he describes himself

The Instagram account @francouae, the handle used on his Luma profiles, describes its owner as an event and entertainment strategy consultant and a blockchain and business networker in Dubai.[7]

Profiles and websites

Luma shows more than one host profile under his name, including the usernames francofiore and francouae, each linking to the same Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.[1] One of these profiles gives www.ecoxnetwork.com as a website, but that domain did not resolve when we checked.Unconfirmed[8]

What we could not confirm

  • The co-founder title appears only on EcoX's own pages.
  • No registry record shows who owns or manages EcoX.
  • Other accounts that may belong to him are not listed here because their ownership was not confirmed by an EcoX or Luma link.
